Hyundai unveils next-gen FCEV sedan concept Blue2
hyundai_blue.jpg Hyundai staged a world premiere of its new concept car, Blue2 (codenamed HND-6), a mid-size FCEV which shows a blueprint for future sedans at the 2011 Seoul Motor Show today. The name ‘Blue2’ is a combination of Hyundai’s sub eco-brand ‘Blue Drive’ and the number `2’ from H2, the symbol for hydrogen gas. Aiming at gaining early leadership of the FCEV market, Blue2 is powered by a fuel cell electric system that delivers a stack power of 90kW(1.65kW/L) and fuel economy of 34.9km/ℓ. The Blue2 is materialized in a sporty and luxurious style, a combination of futuristic, flowing designs and eco-friendly features. The Blue2 is equipped with low-resistance tires and alloy wheels which are designed to improve aerodynamic performance, while the car’s interior design encompasses a futuristic look by using eco-friendly new materials.

Fujitsu and Co-Op Kobe launches home-delivery dinner service in Nishinomiya City Japan
home_delivery.jpgFujitsu and the Consumer Co-operative Kobe will begin to roll-out a home-delivery dinner service that provides safely packaged meals and other dishes on a daily basis starting on April 1, 2011, with Nishinomiya City. In preparation for the new service, the Consumer Co-operative Kobe (Co-op Kobe) worked in collaboration with Fujitsu to build the system that provides total management and support for home-delivery dinner operations, ranging from menu ordering to processing and delivery. The system recently began operations.

Incheon Airport Celebrates 10th Anniversary with Gift boxes for passengers
incheon_airport.jpg Incheon International Airport held a ceremony on Tuesday to mark the 10th anniversary of the opening of the airport. Over 2,000 guests attended, including Korean Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs Chung Jong-hwan, Incheon Mayor Song Young-gil and the airport operator's CEO Lee Chae-wook. When the airport first opened it offered flights to 109 cities around the world on 47 airlines. A decade later 67 airlines fly to 172 destinations. Its annual passenger numbers surpassed 33 million last year, placing it ahead of Tokyo’s Narita as the world's eighth largest.
