• Asus unveils prototype of folding and unfolding computer screens notebook

    Asus Chairman Jonney Shih unveiled the company’s latest innovations and introduced its futuristic computing concepts at a keynote speech two days before the official opening of the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. Shih emphasized Asus’ commitment to “shared computing” by introducing a concept model which allows notebook users to share their work by folding and unfolding computer screens.


    Asus is projecting to ship 7 million Eee PCs by the end of 2009 and WiMax embedded Eee PCs are to become available in North American by the end of Q1 2009.
