LG announces mass production of 27-inch full HDTV/Monitor LCD panel with enhanced MPRT
LG Display has begun mass production of the 27-inch full HDTV/Monitor LCD panel with enhanced MPRT (Motion Picture Response Time) in February, 2009. Leveraging an impressive MPRT(Motion Picture Response Time) of 8ms, which is nearly twice as fast as conventional LCD monitors currently available in the market and is almost even comparing with that of 120Hz LCD TV panel, the new 27-inch full HDTV/Monitor LCD panel is able to generate crisp moving images with much less blurring.
Featuring a 16:9 widescreen format and 2.07 megapixel resolution (1920 X 1080), 27-inch full HDTV/Monitor LCD panel boasts enhanced MPRT and color reproduction compared to conventional LCD monitor panels. The full HDTV/Monitor LCD panel enables users to enjoy crisp viewing of high-speed images not only on TVs, but also on personal computers.
