Silicon Power Computer & Communications Inc., a leading flash memory manufacturer from Taiwan, announced the support capability of Windows Vista operating systems Ready Boost function for its Touch 510 180X USB flash drive and memory card family. The Ready Boost feature of Microsoft's new Window Vista operating system allow users to use Touch510 180X or any Silicon Power "Enhanced for Ready Boost" memory card as additional memory. The flash drive and memory card will become an extension of your system's RAM when you can still use them for file storage as usual.

Simply plug in Touch510 180X or Silicon Power product with "Enhanced for Ready Boost" label, Windows Vista will automatically direct you to the options of using them to speed up your system or as storage only.
