Samsung announced the launch of three new cameras: the 12-MP NV20, the 10-MP NV15, and the 8-MP NV8. All three new models in the NV Series feature Samsung's Smart Touch interface. – A gentle touch is all it takes to navigate menu items, change the camera settings, or view your pictures. Samsung’s new NV models include improved processing technology which allows faster operation of functions within the camera’s ultra-thin stylish bodies. All three new models NV20 (12 mega pixel), NV15 (10 mega pixel) and NV8 (8 mega pixel) include Samsung's Smart Touch User Interface. The NV8, NV15 and NV20 feature a 3X optical Schneider-Kreuznach Varioplan zoom, 5x digital zoom, 2.5" TFT LCD, ISO 3200, Face Detection technology to detect up to nine faces, 20MB internal memory (SDHC Card up to 8GB), and the ability to capture TV quality MPEG-4 VGA (640x480) 30fps video recording.

The Samsung NV20 and NV15 will be available in the fall for $399 and $299. U.S. availability and pricing for the NV8 model are yet to be determined.
