Microsoft sells 8 million more Xbox 360 consoles than Sony Playstation 3!
Microsoft’s Xbox 360 console has sold over 28 million units worldwide, 8 million more than the Sony Playstation 3. Microsoft figures showed that its Xbox 360 outshined the Playstation 3 by one million units in Europe and by 7 million in the U.S. in sales volume. Microsoft Xbox 360 is the second video game console produced by Microsoft. Xbox 360 was developed in cooperation with IBM, ATI, and SiS.
Microsoft’s Xbox 360 and Sony Playstation 3 were lagged behind the Nintendo Wii, which witnessed a sale of 3 million units in the UK and 10.17 million in the U.S. last year.
