• Casio launches Worlds First Eco-Friendly Projector with a revolutionary new Solid- State Light Source

    casio_projector.jpg Casio today announced the launch of World’s First High Brightness Eco-Friendly Projector, a Projector with a revolutionary new Solid- State Light Source. The Green Slim incorporates a Casio developed and patent pending Hybrid Light Source which combines Laser and LED technology for amazing high brightness and can last up to 20,000 hours. The Green Slim is an earth-friendly, low maintenance projector which eliminates the need for a short life mercury lamp & disposal and is economical to operate. The Green Slim projectors can be rotated 90 degrees for portrait display (when using WXGA format models).


    Casio Green Slim projectors are available in a diverse lineup, including several models with native WXGA resolution at 1280 x 800 pixels (16:10) and additional USB-enabled models that can project without a PC or communicate wirelessly with PCs. USB-enabled Green Slim projectors, using an optional wireless adapter, can be wirelessly connected with up to 32 computers with up to four computers displayed simultaneously. Casio is showcasing its GREEN SLIM line of projectors, during InfoComm 2010 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in the Central Hall, Booth #C5870.
