Tascam announced an update to its best-selling combination CD & Cassette recorder, the CC-222SLmkII. The new model now supports a more robust slot loading CD transport with adjustable pitch control. The Tascam CC-222SLmkII includes a RIAA phono input which allows direct recording from a turntable; a feature which sets the CC-222SLmkII above all the rest. The CD recorder includes popular features such as Auto Track Increment, MP3 playback, Power on Play, Fade In and Out, Manual Track Increment, and a variety of playback modes. Support for dual media has made the CC-222 series a mainstay in houses of worship, schools, theaters and other installations.
