Toshiba Corporation has unveiled their “REGZA H1000 series” line of liquid crystal television in 3 different screen sizes-42/37/32”.All the TV’s have built-in 160GB HDD, 1,366×768 resolution, terrestrial degree of /BS/110 CS digital and terrestrial analog tuner. It is possible to watch a different channel while recording a terrestrial digital broadcast. You cannot record 2 programs at the same time. The new improved image engine ensures high picture quality conversion just as the superior Z1000 series. The digital broadcast can be videotaped in MPEG-2 TS format.

As for input terminals- HDMI×1, D4×1,S image ×2, composite ×3, analog audio ×3. Also digital broadcast video recording output and S1 image output, head phone output and built in 10W×2ch speakers with SRS WOW technology. The H1000 series will be available in Japan from May 13th.
