• Fujitsu announces docomo SMART series F-03C slim waterproof mobile phone with location radar

    Fujitsu new docomo SMART series F-03C mobile phone will be available in Japan from NTT DoCoMo beginning November 27, 2010.The Fujitsu F-03C is equipped with an approximately 2″ large-screen color LCD and a touchpad on the exterior of the phone, enabling users to access e-mail messages, check their schedules or browse i-mode content, even when the clamshell phone is closed. To make the most of its high-performance 12.2 megapixel camera that can record full high-definition movies, the new Fujitsu F-03C mobile phone features a variety of photography capabilities, such as a blurred background mode for taking photographs like an SLR camera.


    In addition, the F-03C includes a new PITTARI VOICE (Exact voice) feature, which detects the user’s movements and surrounding environment, and adjusts the mobile phone’s sound quality and volume to optimal levels. It also incorporates an AR (augmented reality)-enabled location radar that displays on-screen information about a location simply by pointing the mobile phone towards the area. The F-03C is also IPX5/IPX8 water-resistant and IP5X dust-resistant, allowing it to be used in a wide range of scenarios. The F-03C is available in four colors: Brown, Black, Purple, and White.
