The active speaker system MXSP-1000 from Hitachi Maxell for iPod, MP3 players etc come in three colors –silver, black and white. The dock connector allows charging and playing iPod, iPod nano etc. The 3.5mm stereo mini- input can be used for playing different type of portable players. Other features include- cylindrical bus reflex type enclosure, aluminum cone speakers with neodymium micro drivers and 4.8W×2ch out put.

The Speaker system can be used as a table model or can be wall mounted. The active speaker system MXSP-1000 from Hitachi Maxell measures 600×50×50mm weighs 810g and will be available from November 25th for approximately 10,000 Yen ($85).
