The mcTune is for iPod shuffle while mcTune for iPod nano.Just insert the iPod player in the head phone and enjoy music from your iPod players. You can adjust volume while listening and also can plug/unplug the iPod without removing the head phones. The head phones are folding type and can be used as usual headphone. With 40mm diameter, frequency range is 20Hz - the 32 kHz and audio out put 250mW.The headphone weighs 180g.
