Desk-top Christmas tree with 408 diamonds for 1.8162 million dollars!
Japanese Department store operator Takashimaya Co. recently unveiled a desk-top Christmas tree encrusted with 408 diamonds. The tree will be priced at 200.7 million yen ($1.8162 million) to mark the year 2007. Only one desk-top Christmas tree encrusted with 408 diamonds will go on sale. Takashimaya Company Limited (Takashimaya) is a Japanese company, primarily engaged in the retail business. The company sells clothing, personal items, household goods, utensils and food items through its stores.
