The Kodak Nexpress S3000 Digital Production Color Press is the most productive digital color printing solution offered by Kodak, delivering 3000 A3/tabloid 4/0 sheets per hour (100 pages per minute) on a very wide range of substrates. The S3000 delivers unsurpassed cut sheet productivity with offset quality. A fully modular design allows it to be completely field upgradeable for increased paper input or delivery capacity—or to add a fifth imaging unit. An array of in-line and near-line accessories is offered to improve productivity and support new applications. The Kodak Nexpress S3000 Press is ideal for large to very large commercial printers and large photo services operations.

The S3000 Press is available in a 4- or 5-color configuration. The 5-color configuration enables the Kodak Nexpress Fifth Imaging Unit Solutions: in-line coating, glossing, or a fifth color to expand the printing gamut and reproduce spot colors. The Kodak Nexpress digital production color press is scheduled for availability in October 2007.
