Epson display controller LSI supports Latest In-Car Display Systems Including Dual-Panel Control and Head-Up Display

epson_lsi.jpg The Epson S2D13515 supports high-definition panel drive for XGA resolution (maximum) and can also be used with a wide range of in-car display systems. The product is compatible with functions such as simultaneous display on two LCD panels with differing resolutions for instrument panel and navigation systems, real-time image data distortion and brightness correction of data projected on a front windshield for head-up display, OpenGL ES 1.1-compliant 3D graphic display, and video data display from digital video interfaces.

In addition to in-car display equipment, the Epson S2D13515 can be utilized in a wide range of fields such as factory and office automation. Epson has already commenced shipment of samples with a sample price of $30
